Play, Laugh, Bond – Parent Child Recreation Day

The school organized Play, Laugh, Bond – Parent Child Recreation Day for Classes I and II, on 11th March 2026, bringing parents and children together for a day of fun, learning, and meaningful interaction. The event aimed at strengthening parent–child relationships while promoting holistic development through a blend of physical, creative, and reflective activities.

The programme began with a prayer, followed by the informative session Eat Right, Learn Bright and a refreshing Yoga session. Participants enthusiastically engaged in ground activities like hurdles and parachute games, promoting teamwork and cooperation. An interactive Effective Parenting session with the activity Know Your Child encouraged meaningful reflection.

The day also included a creative Art and Craft activity and concluded with an energetic Zumba session.

Play, Laugh, Bond was more than just an event — it was a joyful reminder of the irreplaceable magic that happens when families learn, laugh, and grow together.

National Science Day Celebration 2026

Our little scientists had a wonderful time celebrating National Science Day! Filled with fun, curiosity, and plenty of wow moments, the day brought science to life for our youngest learners.

Nursery tots touched, felt, and explored different textures and discovered warm and cold water through their very own Sensory Board — learning with all their senses! LKG children had a blast with Shadow Play, giggling with delight as they watched their shadows grow big and small in the light. UKG students turned into mini experimenters — testing whether objects sink or float, discovering that air takes up space using balloons, exploring sound and vibrations, and enjoying a magical Shadow Puppet Theatre show!

It was a day full of laughter, wonder, and discovery — a perfect way to nurture the little scientist in every child!

As part of the CBSE Capacity Building Programme on Gender Sensitivity in Schools, the RFSLEM staff participated in an enriching training session on 11th February 2026, conducted by resource persons Dr. Rasika Panicker and Ms. Shipra Gupta. The session highlighted the importance of understanding gender sensitivity and fostering an inclusive, respectful, and empathetic classroom environment for all students. Through interactive role plays and discussions, teachers reflected on their perspectives and gained practical insights to strengthen inclusive practices in school.

Grandparents’ Day was celebrated in the Pre-Primary Section on 16 February 2026 with heartfelt warmth and vibrant enthusiasm. The ceremonial lighting of the lamp marked a graceful beginning. Our tiny stars from Nursery, LKG, and UKG lit up the stage with joyful dance performances that reflected innocence and pure delight. Interactive games like Passing the Ball, Antakshari, and Freeze Dance transformed the gathering into a shared celebration of laughter and togetherness. A touching video tribute added emotional depth to the occasion. The celebration concluded on a note of gratitude and reverence, reaffirming that while generations may differ in age, they remain united by unconditional love, wisdom, and cherished memories.

The Pre-Primary section hosted the CCA event Celebrating Culture with Colours and Joy on 30 January 2026, introducing young learners to India’s rich cultural heritage through immersive experiences. The thoughtfully curated programme enabled children to explore traditions, customs, attire, rituals, and food in a joyful learning environment. Enthusiastic tiny tots of LKG and UKG presented major harvest festivals—Makar Sankranti, Pongal, Bihu, Uttarayan, and Lohri—through creatively designed stalls featuring traditional attire, regional delicacies, and handcrafted models. Confident, child-led explanations and joyful dance performances helped the blossoming learners build communication skills, creativity, and teamwork. All in all, the celebration stood as a meaningful reminder that early exposure to culture lays strong foundations for lifelong learning and inclusive values.

77th Republic Day Celebration 2026

The 77th Republic Day was commemorated with solemn pride at Reliance Foundation School, Lodhivali, as the school community gathered to honour the nation’s democratic ideals and collective identity. The ceremony reached its defining moment with the unfurling of the Indian Tricolour by Shree S. Rangarajan, the esteemed Chief Guest, followed by the unified and dignified rendition of the National Anthem. A disciplined parade, a vibrant Lezim performance, thought-provoking speeches, soul-stirring patriotic song, and cultural presentations reflected the values of unity, discipline, and national pride.
The celebrations concluded on an enriching note with an art exhibition in the school lobby, showcasing students’ imaginative and expressive artworks across diverse themes. The Primary and Pre-Primary sections observed the occasion a day earlier through age-appropriate activities introducing young learners to national symbols and constitutional values. Overall, the celebrations reinforced respect for the Constitution while nurturing responsibility and a strong sense of national belonging.

Turncoat Debate Competition 2026

The Literary Club of RFSLEM believes that language finds its true purpose when students are empowered to think critically, question thoughtfully, and express ideas with confidence. Guided by this belief, the Club curated two meaningful literary engagements in January 2026, offering students purposeful platforms to experience language as dialogue and expression. On 19 January 2026, students of classes VII and VIII participated in the Turncoat Debate Competition, where they examined contemporary issues from multiple perspectives, switching stances mid-argument and demonstrating clarity of thought, spontaneity, and respectful listening.

This celebration of student voice continued on 20 January 2026 with a TED Talk–style competition for primary students. Young speakers shared personal insights on age-appropriate themes, speaking with authenticity, growing confidence, and an emerging sense of audience awareness. Together, these initiatives reflected the Literary Club’s commitment to nurturing articulate communicators and reflective thinkers through words, ideas, and confident expression.

Annual Day 2025: Panchakosha – Celebrating the Harmony

The school’s 32nd Annual Day unfolded on Saturday, December 20, 2025, as a memorable evening celebrating rhythm, reflection, and youthful exuberance. Rooted in the theme Panchakosha – Celebrating the Harmony, the programme blended India’s philosophical wisdom with the holistic vision of NEP 2020. The occasion was graced by Mr. Rangarajan, Chairman, RIL PMD, Mr. V. P. Joy, and RFSAC leads -Ms. Ferhana Ifthikar, Ms. Smita Shahi, and Mr. Nilesh Rai, whose presence added dignity and significance to the celebration.

The five layers of human development—Annamaya, Pranamaya, Manomaya, Vijnanamaya, and Anandamaya—were artistically brought to life, tracing a child’s journey towards balance, wisdom, and joy through a seamless blend of dance, music, movement, and storytelling. With over 1,000 students participating, the grand dance-drama Panchakosha emerged as a vibrant celebration of learning and creativity.

Representing diverse nations across UNGA, UNHRC, ECOSOC, UNEP, and WHO, they engaged in purposeful debates on pressing global concerns such as green development, cyber security, and human rights with clarity and conviction. In essence, the experience refined their abilities in research, negotiation, and leadership, while instilling in them the true spirit of global citizenship — thoughtful, empathetic, and equipped to engage with the world with clarity and purpose.

University & Education Fair 2025

RFSLEM was transformed into a hub of exploration and discovery on October 4, 2025, as it hosted the much-anticipated University & Education Fair 2025 for students of classes 8 to 12. The event opened doors to a world of higher education opportunities as it brought students, parents, teachers, and esteemed representatives from 34 universities under one roof. The fair saw enthusiastic participation from schools like RFS Nagothane, RFS Koparkhairne, Gurukul International, St. Pallotti, and HOCL School. Insightful sessions by esteemed speakers on Transition from School to University, Navigating Careers in AI, and Entrepreneurship as a Career, offered students valuable insights into future opportunities and inspired them to embrace innovation and growth. Students explored booths of Indian and international universities to gain clarity on academic and career pathways. All in all, the University & Education Fair 2025 underscored the school’s commitment to empowering students for informed decision-making and lifelong success, setting a benchmark for meaningful engagement and future-ready education.

Investiture Ceremony 2025

On the enthusiastic yet solemn morning of 13th August 2025, the elected and selected members of the School Council for the academic year were inducted into their roles, delegating their responsibility, and associated duties and privileges in the presence of the Chief Guest, the Principal Sir, Mr Dhirendra Harbola, Vice Principal Mr Subhash Gole, all section coordinators, teachers and the students of classes VI -XII. The previous council gracefully led the new council members to the stage. The symbolic transfer of the flags and the oath administration by the Principal and the Senior Section Coordinator highlighted the trust vested in the young leaders. They were then adorned with badges and sashes before signing the official register. The softest and warmest moment of the event was when the outgoing Head Boy and Head Girl addressed the gathering, sharing their deepest gratitude, valuable experience, and sincere feelings. It was followed by the address of the newly appointed Head Boy and Head Girl, offering their promises and sense of responsibility. The entire program was very enthusiastically compered by the students of class IX.

The premises of RFSLEM resonated with devotion and delight on 26 August 2025 as the school community welcomed Lord Ganesha with open hearts. The day began with a spirited procession of Ganpati Bappa, where students swayed gracefully to the beats of the lezim, filling the atmosphere with festive energy. The school lobby soon turned into a sanctified space as a soulful pooja and aarti were performed. It was heart-warming to see the entire school community participate in the aarti with deep devotion, signifying their respect and connection to tradition. The pre-primary children embodied the festive spirit in their radiant traditional attire, adding vibrant hues of joy to the occasion. The celebration concluded with the sharing of prasad, a symbol of blessings and togetherness. Ultimately, Ganeshotsav at RFSLEM became a heartfelt celebration where faith, togetherness, and joy found a beautiful expression.

79th Independence Day Celebration 2025

RFSLEM celebrated India's 79th Independence Day with pride and joy as the campus bloomed in the hues of saffron, white, and green. The day began with the hoisting of the Tricolour, followed by patriotic songs, dances, and speeches that touched every heart. The Viksit Bharat exhibition of rangoli, charts, and digital posters reflected our learners’ vision for a progressive nation, while 'Best out of Waste' projects and photography displays exuded sublime creativity of the students. Pre-Independence activities on 14 August 2025 included the Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan, an online quiz, and a cheerful No Bag Day for Primary students, where they dressed as freedom fighters, shared tricolour food, and created Independence-themed crafts. The little ones of the Pre-Primary section celebrated the spirit of freedom with an array of activities comprising of fancy dress, and energetic dance performances . On the whole, the celebration filled the young hearts with pride and promise, leaving them inspired to work for a stronger India.

Gokulashtami Celebration 2025

Joy and festivity flowed through the premises of RFSLEM on 13 August 2025 as the little cherubs of Pre-primary celebrated Gokul Ashtami with delight. The air turned serene as the little ones recited shlokas, their soft voices carrying devotion and innocence. Little Krishnas and Radhas, dressed in bright costumes, brought alive playful scenes from Lord Krishna’s childhood and lit up the stage with vibrant dance performances. The most awaited moment was the Dahihandi, when children joined hands, forming lively chains to reach the handi. All in all, the celebration left hearts brimming with joy, weaving memories of devotion, culture, and togetherness that will be cherished for years to come.

Visit to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Mumbai

On August 7, 2025, 59 commerce students from Classes XI and XII visited the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) in Mumbai to gain firsthand insights into the nation’s central banking system and its relevance to their syllabus. The educational sessions covered the history and functioning of the RBI, monetary policies, currency management, and digital payments, followed by a visit to the RBI’s monetary museum showcasing historical coins and artefacts. The trip enhanced students’ financial literacy, deepened their understanding of the central bank’s role, and connected classroom concepts with real-world applications, while also inspiring interest in careers in banking and finance.

A Visit to ‘Light Atelier’ Exhibition at NMACC

Twenty-four students of Class 7 visited the Light Atelier exhibition on 24 July 2025 at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre, Mumbai. The exhibition was organized in collaboration with Reliance Foundation and Dadu – the Children’s Museum of Qatar. The objective behind the visit was to support the ideas of NEP 2020 and NCF 2023 by encouraging joyful learning and creativity.

The visit gave students an opportunity to explore light, shadow, colour, and reflections through fun, hands-on activities. They were amazed by the Infinity Mirrored Room by Yayoi Kusama, which created the feeling of being in a never-ending space of lights and mirrors. Summing up, the experience nurtured curiosity, creativity, and visual thinking, leaving students inspired to see art and science in new light.

Students of classes VI to VIII lit up the stage with talent and enthusiasm at Pratibha – A Celebration of Talent on 23rd July 2025. The event showcased four vibrant categories including solo dance, solo singing, instrument playing, and fun with words that offered a platform to our young performers to shine. Finalists of the event were selected through classroom auditions. Every performance in the finale echoed with applause and sparkled with confidence of our stars. Although the day ended with a curtain fall, hearts were filled with joy and memories of captivating performances that would echo long beyond the applause.

Varsha Mini Marathon- 2025

On 19th July 2025, our school successfully organized the Varsha Mini Marathon at Lodhivali Township with the inspiring theme Run for Values and Wellness. The event aimed to promote physical and mental alertness, endurance, and team spirit among students. Divided into junior (Classes V–VII) and senior (Classes VIII–XII) categories for both boys and girls, the marathon witnessed enthusiastic participation from over 500 students—219 girls and 281 boys. The event was graced by esteemed Chief Guest Mr S. Rangarajan and Guest of Honour Ms Srividya Rangarajan, along with Principal Mr Dhirendra Harbola and Vice Principal Mr Subhash Gole. Meticulously organized by the sports department, the event concluded with the announcement of winners, who were cheered by all. The collective efforts of the staff and students made the event a grand success, reinforcing the values of perseverance, fitness, and community spirit

Reading Challenge Competition 2025

Reliance Foundation School, Lodhivali (English Medium), conducted an engaging Reading Challenge Competition for Classes 3, 4, and 5 on 18th July 2025 at the Civic Center. Aimed at fostering reading habits, improving fluency, and vocabulary, the event began with a preliminary round using the Young World newspaper. Students were selected based on pronunciation, intonation, and fluency. Face-off rounds followed, with timed reading sessions leading to semi-finals and a final. Teachers guided students at every stage. The competition ended with four winners and enthusiastic applause. The event successfully achieved its objective of nurturing confident and expressive young readers.

CBSE Sugar Board Initiative awareness drive

RFSLEM conducted an awareness drive under the CBSE Sugar Board initiative to educate students of primary classes about the harmful effects of excessive sugar intake. A special assembly, led by students of classes 3 to 5, featured an informative talk and an engaging skit that highlighted how sugar hides in everyday items like sauces, Nutella, fizzy drinks and chocolates. Furthermore, a PowerPoint presentation with interactive questions, educational videos and a fun exercise session reinforced the message of staying active. Overall, the drive effectively encouraged children to make mindful food choices.

School Innovation Council Session 2025

The first session of the School Innovation Council (SIC) for the academic year 2025–26 was held on Friday, 11th July 2025, at the Civic Center, targeting students from middle school to senior secondary levels. The session commenced with an orientation on the structure and vision of the SIC, aiming to instill 21st-century skills among students. Past achievements in national-level innovation competitions during AY 2024–25 were celebrated to motivate participants. The new SIC student council members for 2025–26 were formally announced, marking the beginning of a new leadership phase. Students were introduced to various innovation opportunities including CBSE Science Exhibition, PRAYAS, Jigyasa Hackathon, and Youth Ideathon. Emphasis was laid on project-based and problem-solving learning to tackle real-world issues through innovative solutions. The session also provided essential guidance on project proposal submissions, selection criteria, and timelines. Interdisciplinary themes across STEM and entrepreneurship were highlighted to broaden students' perspectives. Overall, the session served as a platform to inspire creativity, encourage active participation, and develop critical professional skills among students.

The session featured Mr. Aniket Yadav, a distinguished alumnus and Chartered Accountant currently serving as an Audit Executive at Deloitte. Through this interactive session, Mr. Yadav shared his inspiring journey from school to a successful professional career. He threw light on diverse opportunities in the fields of commerce and finance. He discussed his work with clients across sectors like telecom, oil, textiles, and digital platforms, and offered practical guidance on career planning and time management. The students found his insights relatable and motivating, and the interactive Q&A session further deepened their understanding. The event effectively strengthened alumni-student engagement and left the learners inspired and better equipped to set their academic and professional goals.

RFSLEM organized Intraclass If I Were the Character… Competition for students of classes VI to VIII on 25 June 2025, as part of National Reading Month celebrations. The competition gave young readers a chance to step into the shoes of their favourite literary characters and see the world through their eyes. Each participant brought a new perspective to familiar characters as they added their own thoughts, questions, and imagination to the stories.

In a nutshell, the competition created a space where students could explore what if possibilities reminding everyone that books are meant to be felt, lived, and experienced.

International Yoga Day Celebration – 21st June 2025

To mark the celebration of International Yoga Day, a comprehensive yoga session was held on 21st June 2025, witnessing enthusiastic participation from students across all classes. The session began with a brief talk on the significance of International Yoga Day, the essence of yoga, and its relevance in today’s lifestyle. Students explored the concept of Ashtanga Yoga and its role in preventing lifestyle-related ailments. Guided by their teachers, the young learners performed simple yet effective yoga asanas. Students were also introduced to basic breathing techniques like Pranayama and movements like Surya Namaskar. Even a session was conducted for Pre-primary and Primary students. The event saw active involvement from over 850 students, who displayed remarkable discipline, coordination, and focus throughout the session. The program not only fostered awareness about physical and mental well-being but also encouraged students to embrace yoga as a regular practice in their daily lives. Overall, the session was impactful and inspiring, reflecting the school’s commitment to holistic education and healthy living.

RFSLEM Lodhivali experienced one of the best learning opportunities on 5th and 6th June 2025, as CBSE, COE-Pune organised a Capacity-Building Programme on Strengthening Assessment and Evaluation Practices for teachers. Two resource persons, Ms Shipra Gupta and Ms Madhuri Gaikwad, from CBSE COE-Pune, guided the teachers with detailed explanations about assessment and evaluation techniques to enhance and make these practices more effective and fruitful. Both sessions were highly informative, engaging and enriching.

Maharashtra Diwas Celebration 2025

Reliance Foundation School, Lodhivali (English Medium), joyfully celebrated Maharashtra Diwas on 30th April 2025, marking the last working day before the summer break. The celebration was a tribute to the formation of the state of Maharashtra and a vibrant showcase of its rich cultural heritage. Students from the pre-primary and primary sections participated enthusiastically in a range of activities, including traditional dances, songs, and skits that beautifully reflected the spirit and legacy of Maharashtra. The school campus came alive with festive decorations, and students dressed in colourful traditional Maharashtrian attire added charm and authenticity to the event. The day was observed as a No Bag Day, giving students a chance to engage in fun and enriching activities such as Zumba, music sessions, colouring, movie screenings, and outdoor games. This joyful celebration instilled a sense of pride and unity among the students.

Field trip to the Nehru Science Centre, Mumbai

Bringing this thought to life, RFSLEM organized an educational field trip to the Nehru Science Centre, Mumbai, for students of Class VIII on 26th April 2025. A total of 91 students explored science beyond textbooks as they immersed themselves in interactive exhibits on evolution, space, energy, and more. The hands-on experience deepened their understanding, sparked curiosity, and turned learning into an exciting journey of discovery. Summing up, the trip inspired a deeper appreciation for science that left the students enriched, engaged, and eager to explore more.

Earth Day Celebration at RFSLEM – 2025

The Earth is what we all have in common. Guided by the theme - Our Power, Our Planet, the students of RFSLEM came together on April 22, 2025, to celebrate Earth Day and reaffirm their bond with nature.

The tiny tots created leaf prints and paper crafts, while UKG students shared their thoughts on saving trees, conserving water, and avoiding plastic through a Show and Tell activity. Classes I to V expressed their love for Earth through art, and Class V hosted a special assembly filled with songs, poems, and heartfelt messages.

Classes VI to VIII participated in a Poster Making Competition, and a skit performed by the students reminded everyone of their duty towards the planet. Meanwhile, Classes IX and X showcased creativity and technology through an Infographics Competition on Save Energy, Save Our Planet.

Every smile, every artwork, and every idea carried one clear message — together, we can protect our beautiful Earth.

As part of Fire Service Week (14th–20th April) observed across Reliance Industries, RIL PMD Fire Services organized a series of engaging activities to promote fire safety awareness in RFSLEM.  Mr Prashant Garg (HOD – Fire Services, PMD), Mr Gaurav Chandewar (Fire Engineer), and their team conducted a fire drill for students of classes VIII and IX on 19th April 2025. The session included an insightful talk on the history and importance of Fire Service Week, followed by a live demonstration of handling a fire extinguisher during fire emergencies. Few students and teachers had the opportunity to operate the extinguishers, thereby gaining hands-on experience. Furthermore, a dedicated session on mock drill preparedness was held for teachers, equipping them with emergency protocols.

Complementing these efforts, students of Classes I to V participated in a Poster Making Competition, while those from Classes VI to IX shared their perspectives through essays—both centered on the theme Unite to Ignite – A Fire Safe India. The weeklong observance inspired awareness, readiness, and a shared commitment to safety across the school community.

EV Vaccination Drive at RFSLEM

Reliance Foundation School, Lodhivali successfully organized a Japanese Encephalitis Virus (JEV) Vaccination Drive for students of Classes UKG to X on Friday, 4th April, and Saturday, 5th April 2025, in collaboration with the Primary Health Center, Lohop. The initiative was carried out as per the instructions from the State Government to help protect our students against the Japanese Encephalitis Virus. Over the course of two days, 800 students were safely inoculated under the supervision of trained healthcare professionals.

All in all, the vaccination drive served as a reminder that when we come together as a community, we can build a safer, healthier future for every child.

The Sports Summer Camp held for students of Classes VI to IX from March 20 to March 27 was a dynamic blend of sports, learning and inspiration. It offered students the opportunity to train themselves in Athletics, Badminton, Cricket, and Table Tennis, thereby enhancing their skills and embracing the spirit of sportsmanship. Each session followed a well-structured routine.

A key highlight of the camp was an exclusive training session with Amit Vichare, an International Athletics Player. He guided students on refining their techniques and shared invaluable insights on the dangers of doping, the importance of a balanced diet, and effective game strategies. In a nutshell, the Summer Camp inspired the students to approach sports with commitment, discipline and a winning mindset.

Grandparents’ Day at RFSLEM on 14 February 2025 was a heartfelt celebration of love, wisdom, and cherished bonds that exist between grandparents and their grandchildren. The little ones expressed their gratitude through delightful performances that included dance, nukkad natak, and recitation. Moreover, fun games and a special classroom visit for the loving grandparents filled the day with warmth and laughter. They were also presented with handmade gifts artistically crafted for them by our tiny tots. A joyful selfie session created lasting memories, making grandparents feel truly special. To sum up, the event was a beautiful reminder of the irreplaceable role they play in shaping young hearts and nurturing lifelong connections.

"Freedom in mind, faith in words, pride in our hearts, and memories in our souls." The 76th Republic Day at RFSLEM was a stirring tribute to the nation, filled with pride, unity, and deep respect for the Constitution. The atmosphere was charged with patriotism as Shree S. Rangarajan, the esteemed Chief Guest, unfurled the Indian Tricolour, and voices rose in unison for the National Anthem. The celebration unfolded with a graceful parade, soulful patriotic songs, impassioned speeches, a high-energy drill, and vibrant cultural performances—each moment a reminder of our shared identity and love for the nation. The ‘K9 Dog Show’ was the star attraction of the celebration—the first of its kind in RFSL—where the dogs amazed everyone with their agility, discipline, and incredible skills through exciting trials and obstacle courses. The students of Classes I–V brought the Republic Day celebration to life on 24th January 2025 with inspiring speeches, energetic dances, soulful songs, and a vibrant fancy dress show, reflecting India’s rich diversity. Meanwhile, the Pre-primary section embraced the spirit of the day with tricolor-themed crafts, role-plays on community helpers, and a cheerful March Past, making learning both meaningful and fun. The atmosphere buzzed with pride and enthusiasm, as young voices and bright smiles came together in a beautiful tribute to the nation.

RFSLEM celebrated National Mathematics Day on 23rd December 2024, honouring Srinivasa Ramanujan and his massive contribution to Mathematics with a day of immersive and creative activities. The primary section transformed learning into fun as the students celebrated Mathematics Week with number tree sliders, play currency shopping, tangrams, and puzzles, fostering logic and creativity. Students of middle section brought math to life through engaging activities like interactive BINGO game on integers and factors, designing posters on Great Indian Mathematicians, and enacting thoughtful skits on profit, loss, and compound interest whereas the secondary and senior secondary students explored Ramanujan’s genius through insightful presentations, a documentary screening, and an engaging assembly talk with challenging puzzles. In a nutshell, the celebrations turned mathematics into an exciting journey of discovery, leaving students inspired and eager to explore its wonders.

Christmas is not as much about opening presents as opening our hearts, Pre-primary section rejoiced the Christmas festivities on 24th December 2024 as they immersed themselves in the joy of love, kindness, and generosity. The celebration began with a storytelling session, followed by melodious carols that filled the air with festive cheer. Students displayed their creativity through craft activities, making decorations like stars, Santa hats, and flowers, which adorned the school campus. A delightful Santa’s Corner added to the excitement, with children dressed as Santa, elves, and reindeer and shared holiday wishes. A special assembly was conducted by the Primary section students to enlighten them about this festival. On a happier note, Santa visited every class bringing joy and cheers thus beautifully capturing the true spirit of Christmas.

RFSLEM's Knowledge Fest 2024, a maiden venture into showcasing creativity and innovation, was celebrated on 21st December 2024.The event, inaugurated by RIL PMD Chairman Mr Rangarajan and Ms Srividya Rangarajan,  perfectly embodied the National Curriculum Framework's Panchkosha, the vision of holistic development. Additionally, it served as a remarkable tribute to the boundless potential of our young and inquisitive minds.

The tiny tots of pre-primary showcased key learning domains, including cognitive development with shape puzzles, socio-emotional growth through puppet activities, physical skills via Brain Gym, language development with vowel sounds and CVC games, and creative expression through projects on animals and homes.

The Primary section ventured in STEAM, Coding, and Design Thinking that aligned with the digital transcendence.  The Math Garden offered hands-on problem-solving, while an impactful enactment on superstition championed scientific thinking. Integrated activities such as 'Food and Directions' went beyond textbooks, while 'Story Pedagogy' used storytelling to teach science and social studies concepts. Interactive games connected social emotional learning with PE. DIY models such as microscopes and water dispensers brought practical learning to life, while language tools enriched communication.

The Performing Arts Theatre added vibrancy with Nukkad Natak, dance dramas, and live music, making the Knowledge Fest a true celebration of education’s transformative power and limitless possibilities.

The true essence of sportsmanship was captured through their honest efforts and competitive spirit.

Chief Guest Mr S. Rangarajan addressed the gathering with words that struck a chord, recognizing the students' dedication and encouraging them to persevere. The day wasn’t just about winning or losing—it was about pushing boundaries and embracing the journey of becoming champions.

RFSLEM was transformed into a hub of exploration and discovery on November 16, 2024, as it hosted the much-anticipated Career and University Fair for students of classes 8 to 12. The event opened doors to a world of higher education opportunities as it brought students, parents, teachers, and esteemed representatives from 33 universities under one roof. The fair saw enthusiastic participation from schools like RFS Nagothane, RFS Koparkhairne, Gurukul International, St. Pallotti, and others. Insightful sessions by esteemed speakers on Transition from School to University, Navigating Careers in AI, and Entrepreneurship as a Career, offered students valuable insights into future opportunities and inspired them to embrace innovation and growth. Students explored booths of 24 Indian and 9 international universities to gain clarity on academic and career pathways. All in all, the Career and University Fair underscored the school’s commitment to empowering students for informed decision-making and lifelong success, setting a benchmark for meaningful engagement and future-ready education.

He skillfully integrated scientific concepts with real-world applications, engaging students with thought-provoking discussions on climate change, sustainable fashion and critical thinking. A Miscellaneous Category was also available for unique talents like Ring Dance, Airwalk, and Rubik’s Cube-solving. With 89 participants, the event was a vibrant display of creativity and enthusiasm. The Talent Hunt successfully identified and motivated young talents, inspiring students to pursue their interests and build confidence through performance.

Engaging in debates on critical global issues like climate change, food insecurity, and neo-colonialism, the delegates displayed exceptional diplomatic and public speaking skills. Notably, Tanmay Birnale earned Outstanding Delegate for his representation of Russia in UNEP, while Tanisha Mahajan and Yatharth Bhat received Special Mention awards for their roles as delegates of India in UNEP and China in UNHRC, respectively. Their achievements reflect their dedication and skill, bringing pride to our institution and underscoring their growth as global citizens.

World Mental Health Day 2024

Mental health plays a crucial role in shaping how we think, act, and connect with the world, making it a fundamental part of our overall well-being. Recognizing this, Reliance Foundation School, Lodhivali EM, held a week-long event, Mind Matters: Recharge and Revitalize, from October 3rd to 10th, 2024, to celebrate World Mental Health Day. Organized by the caring Student Care Services (SCS) team, the initiative created a space for students and staff to focus on emotional well-being and mindfulness. The week was filled with engaging activities like Zumba, mandala art, and meditation. A guest session by clinical psychologist Mrs. Arya Dhembre on The Science of Notifications and Mindfulness offered valuable insights. Students embraced laughter yoga, mindful coloring, and brain gym exercises, all designed to nurture a well-rounded, mindful approach to mental health.

The Suhana Safar activity was celebrated at the Civic Centre for the students of Pre-primary section. The event aimed to enhance children's understanding of different modes of transport while promoting vocabulary and social interaction related to it. It featured a variety of activities, including dance, show and tell, rhyme recitation, PowerPoint presentations, street plays, and skits. The program began with LKG-A’s vibrant dance on traffic lights, followed by LKG-B’s show and tell with creative props, and LKG-C’s transport rhyme. UKG students also contributed wonderfully, with UKG-A presenting a PowerPoint on The Invention of Wheels, UKG-B performing a street play on road safety, and UKG-C staging an engaging skit on road signs and safety rules. Additionally, the children’s artistic side was showcased through hands-on art and craft activities, 3D models, and scrapbook displays. The event was a joyful and meaningful learning experience, successfully meeting its objectives by fostering language development, creativity, and road safety awareness among the young learners.

Hindi is the script of our culture, and every word carries the legacy of our ancestors.

Students at RFSLEM explored this deep connection through engaging activities on account of Hindi Divas. Our young learners of the pre-primary section delighted the audience with rhymes on nature and an emotional skit on friendship in the native language. Students from classes I to V continued the celebration on October 8, 2024 as they brought Hindi to life through vibrant performances that featured a lively dance and a thoughtful skit on Varnamala. An exciting Inter-house Hindi Debate Competition was organized on October 11, 2024 for classes VI to VIII , where participants captivated the audience with their eloquence and insightful arguments as they debated whether clothing defines personality.  All in all, students experienced the connection to their national language and took pride in the rich Indian culture.

Dussehra Celebration 2024

The Dussehra celebration was organized to introduce young children of Pre-primary section to the cultural significance of the festival, developing an understanding of its traditions and values. The event featured various activities, including Paati Pujan, where children offered prayers to study materials expressing gratitude for knowledge. Nine girls participated in a Navdurga Presentation, dressed as different forms of Goddess Durga, with teachers explaining their attributes. A puppet show was put up by the teachers introducing the students to the characters of the Ramayan. A Garba dance session was held for both Pre-primary and Primary Section, students were attired in traditional fineries and enthusiastically performed simple dance steps. Special assembly was conducted for the primary section showcasing the significance of Navratri. The celebration successfully promoted cultural awareness, creativity, and teamwork, creating a meaningful and enjoyable experience for all participants.

RFSLEM believes in offering the best learning experiences to our young minds through a wide array of activities. On 5th October 2024, the school had organized an educational field trip to Khalapur Police Station and Nadhal Temple for classes I to II that offered students a hands-on experience of civic awareness and cultural appreciation. At the police station, students explored the workings of law enforcement. Additionally, a lady officer conducted a session on personal safety, discussing good touch and bad touch, emergency helpline numbers, and their appropriate use. Furthermore, the visit to Nadhal Temple enriched their understanding of spiritual spaces, where they admired the temple’s architecture and participated in worship rituals. On a positive note, the field trip highlighted the importance of community helpers and respecting diverse faiths among the students.

Gandhi Jayanti Celebration 2024

The Swachhata Hi Sewa campaign, held from 1st October to 3rd October 2024, was a significant initiative in the school that aimed at promoting cleanliness and Gandhian principles among students. The Pre-primary section actively participated in classroom cleaning under teacher supervision, learning the importance of cleanliness through songs, slogans, and stories. The Primary section honoured Gandhiji with a special assembly led by classes IIA and IIB, which included a skit on Gandhian values, a musical play, and a movie about Gandhi. Students made Thank You cards for community helpers and participated in a rally, slogan writing, and a cleanliness drive, reflecting Gandhiji’s ideals of truth, non-violence, and dignity of labour. A puppet show further reinforced these themes. The Middle section engaged in various creative and educational activities, such as poetry composition, dialogue on cleanliness, painting, and slogan writing. Students also took part in a special assembly, where they pledged to maintain cleanliness, and Class VIII conducted a tree plantation drive titled Ek-Ped-Maa-Ke-Naam. Across all sections, the campaign successfully instilled a sense of responsibility towards maintaining a clean environment and respecting Gandhian principles of simplicity and community service.

Celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi 2024

Ganesh Chaturthi marks the birth of Lord Ganesha who is considered as the God of wealth, knowledge, wisdom and prosperity. Capturing the essence of this jubilant festival, RFSLEM welcomed Lord Ganesha with vibrant activities across sections. Pre-Primary students, dressed in traditional attire, participated in storytelling, bhajans, and a special assembly. Furthermore, a captivating animated movie on Bal Ganesha, deepened their spiritual connection with the festival. Awakening their devotion for their favourite Bappa, our young Picassos of classes I to III explored their creativity by drawing and coloring images of Lord Ganesha, while the students from classes IV and V sculpted elegant clay idols of Lord Ganpati seated on decorative thrones, blending tradition with hands-on artistry. On a positive note, the celebration fostered cultural awareness, artistic expression, and teamwork, leaving a lasting impact on the students as they embraced the spirit of Ganesh Chaturthi.

On 29th August 2024, our school celebrated National Sports Day by following the Olympic Value Education Program (OVEP), inspired by Mrs. Neeta Ambani's vision of hosting the Olympic Games in India. The event was organized across three categories: primary, secondary, and senior secondary. For the primary and middle sections, the values of the Olympic Games and the importance of OVEP were explained, with a video and PPT presentation on Major Dhyan Chand's life, his game, and his contributions to hockey. Senior secondary students engaged in volleyball and badminton matches, promoting Olympic values under various age categories, fostering sportsmanship and the spirit of the Games.

This profound insight by Wittgenstein perfectly encapsulates the essence of the Inter-House Spelling Bee Competition hosted by the English Literary Club on 28th August 2024 at the Civic Center. The event aimed to push the boundaries of students' linguistic abilities, empowering them to expand their horizons through language. Designed to enrich vocabulary, enhance spelling and pronunciation skills, foster teamwork, develop quick thinking, and build confidence in public speaking, the competition featured six challenging rounds. Each round tested different aspects of language proficiency, from spelling accuracy to understanding word origins, helping students broaden the limits of their language—and, by extension, the limits of their world. On a positive note, Inter-House Spelling Bee successfully reinforced the importance of words in English language.

Draped in vibrant attires of Radha and Krishna, the students zealously participated in a wide range of activities featuring shloka recitations, lively dances and the playful Dahi Handi. To sum up, the celebration helped the tiny tots to deepen their understanding of devotion, cultural values and community bonding.

National Space Day 2024

"Touching Lives while Touching the Moon" - an inspiring theme set the stage for the National Space Day 2024 celebration at RFSLEM on August 23, 2024, honouring India's extraordinary journey in space exploration and showcasing the nation’s significant contributions under ISRO's leadership. Organized by the Science Club, the event engaged students from Classes VI to XI in a variety of activities, including painting, model-making, and digital brochure creation.

An informative display known as "Wall of Cosmic Journey" highlighted ISRO’s milestones while the civic center was transformed into space themed exhibition. Awareness about student programs like YUVIKA, UNNATI, School Bhuvan NCERT, and the Student Satellite Program, specially designed to inspire future space scientists, was created among the students. An engaging quiz prepared by Class XI students tested the knowledge of younger students, further deepening their understanding of India’s space achievements. The day concluded with an insightful assembly, on India’s space missions. In a nutshell, the celebration left the students inspired about the profound impact of space exploration on society and their potential role in its future.

Every student at Middle School echoed the above sentiment as they fervently participated in RFSLEM’s Got Talent 2024 on August 17, 2024.The event served as a dynamic platform for students to unearth and showcase their unique abilities in music and dance. After initial class-level competitions, forty-four finalists competed in categories such as solo singing, solo dance, and instrumental performance. The finalists stole the show with their mesmerizing acts as they impressed the judges and audience equally. All in all, the event highlighted the exceptional talent of our budding artists reinforcing the school's commitment to recognize and celebrate every student's potential.

Independence Day Celebration 2024

The school celebrated Independence Day with inspiring events, starting with the hoisting of the national flag and the national anthem, followed by cultural performances, including a patriotic song. President Mr. S. Rangarajan, RIL Patalganga, delivered a motivational speech on the importance of freedom and the responsibilities it entails, urging students to contribute actively to the nation’s progress. The event also featured an impressive Art and Craft exhibition ‘Kalanubhuti’ which displayed exemplary students' work in drawing, painting and craft work. Another segment was chart display, which were on key themes that resonated with the progress and development of our nation, including Women Empowerment, Industrial Development, Development in Education, and Agriculture in India. The students eloquently discussed how each of these sectors has evolved over the years, highlighting India's journey towards becoming a self-reliant and progressive nation.

In the Pre-primary and Primary sections, the celebration on 14th August allowed students to express their love and pride for the nation. Pre-primary students participated in patriotic songs, slogans, dances, and speeches. In the Primary section, students from Classes IV and V portrayed India’s unsung freedom fighters in special assembly. An Interclass Patriotic Singing Competition further showcased students' talents, fostering collaboration and healthy competition.

Inter-House Science Quiz Competition And Incredible India Integrated Quiz 2024-25

With the goal of nurturing a relentless spirit of inquiry and fostering scientific temper, an Inter-house Science Quiz Competition was organized for students of classes VI to VIII on 31st July 2024. The event featured five rounds of challenging questions, where Eagles House triumphed with 195 points. The quiz garnered enthusiastic participation from both contestants and the audience.

Building on this spirit of intellectual exploration, the "Incredible India Integrated Quiz 2024-25" was conducted on 13th August 2024 for primary students from classes I to V. The quiz, designed to delve into India's rich cultural heritage, history, and achievements, comprised six diverse rounds. After the thrilling final round, Eagles were adjudged the winners. The event deepened students' appreciation of India's diversity.

On 7th August 2024, RFSLEM celebrated its tradition of leadership and responsibility with the Investiture Ceremony at the Civic Centre, a highlight of the school year. The event was a blend of tradition, anticipation, and inspiration as newly elected student leaders were officially inducted.

Excitement buzzed through the crowd as the outgoing student council marched in with drumbeats, ceremoniously passing the baton to the new council members. With flags in hand, the newly appointed leaders took their oaths, affirming their commitment to their roles. The moment was made even more memorable as badges and sashes were handed over, symbolizing the trust and expectations placed upon these young leaders.

The outgoing Head Boy and Head Girl shared their experiences, offering words of wisdom to their successors, who in turn articulated their vision and aspirations for the school. The ceremony, marked by impeccable discipline and heartfelt participation, was a testament to the school’s dedication to nurturing leadership and community values.

Students from classes IX and X participated in a Tagar plantation activity under the Ek Bharat Shreshth Bharat initiative, planting 50 Tagar saplings in the school ground. This activity aimed to foster environmental awareness and motivate students to become environmentally sensitive citizens. Class V students celebrated Vanamahotsav by planting trees, each taking individual responsibility to care for their tree until it grows. They also presented talks, dances, and self-composed poetry related to environmental conservation, highlighting the importance of trees and nature. This initiative not only educated the students about the importance of trees but also encouraged them to take active steps towards environmental conservation.

An engaging and interactive learning environment fulfils a child's natural curiosity and creative urges. Pre-Primary students participated in one such learning experience through the event Body Parts and Sensory Play on 24th June 2024 that helped them to understand sensory organs and personal hygiene. An array of activities encompassing rhymes like Head and Shoulders a hygiene-themed Nukkad Natak, story enactments, and sensory stations encouraged the little cherubs to learn via hands-on activities. Exciting games like treasure hunts and Smell and Tell further stimulated their senses. On a positive note, the event successfully met its objectives of teaching the young ones importance of sense organs and personal hygiene.

The joyful performances by the students showcased their love for the natural world, seasonal changes, animals, and core ethical lessons beautifully capturing their creativity and confidence. Overall, the activity effectively unveiled students' ability to convey deep emotions through poetry.

Robotics Workshop cum Competition 2024

Robogria, a Robotics Workshop cum Competition, in collaboration with the Pillai HOCL Educational Campus was conducted on 30th July 2024. The event targeted students of classes VIII and IX, aiming to ignite their interest in robotics and mechanical engineering.

Mr Mithun Nair, a distinguished faculty member in Mechanics, kicked off the workshop with an insightful presentation on the evolution and applications of robotics.

Following the presentation, students formed teams of ten to compete in assembling Level 1 robots. The competition was intense, focusing on accuracy and speed. Out of 17 teams, two emerged victorious, demonstrating exceptional skill and teamwork.

The winners will advance to the next phase, Level 2, which will be held at the Pillai HOCL Educational Campus. This phase will present further robotic challenges, pushing the students to expand their knowledge and skills in robotics.

Recognized globally, the marathon captivates audiences worldwide. 285 students of RFSLEM enthusiastically participated in this annual event and ran with the inspiring tagline Let’s Move India spreading the Olympic inspiration to be physically fit among students and the people around. The students participated in the event with remarkable enthusiasm and determination. The junior boys and girls, as well as the senior boys and girls, displayed exceptional spirit and sportsmanship throughout the event. Their energy was infectious, and competition was palpable. The event ended with declaration of results in each category.

Ashadhi or Devshayani Ekadashi, a significant Hindu festival was celebrated in the school for the students of Pre-primary and primary sections with great enthusiasm. The students were in traditional attire and that added religiousness to the celebration. National Reading Month was celebrated in Reliance Foundation School from 19th June to 18th July 2024 to instill a lifelong love for reading and to honour P.N. Panicker, the father of the Library Movement. An array of engaging activities was conducted throughout the month. The students of class VII performed an entertaining skit during the special assembly highlighting reading as a fundamental skill that stimulates imagination and creativity. STAR – Stop, Take a book And Read period witnessed the enthusiastic participation of students of classes I to XII, along with teachers, as they immersed themselves in the world of their favourite books. Activities such as book reviews, bookmark creation, poster making on reading, and designing book covers were also organized. In a nutshell, the students carried the joy and benefits of reading into their daily lives.

As the World Environment Day campaign 2024 focused on land restoration, desertification and drought resilience under the slogan Our land. Our future. We are #Generation Restoration, the students of classes VI to VIII exhibited their love for nature by coming together on 15 June 2024 to foster a sense of responsibility towards environmental care and protection. As a part of CCA, the future citizens participated in planting Tulsi saplings in the school premises. These tender saplings were provided by the horticulture department of Reliance Township, Lodhivali. Marking a commitment towards sustaining the environment, they pledged to care for the saplings and ensure their growth. They also created beautiful posters underscoring the need of conservation of environment. Overall, the event manifested their commitment towards preserving and nurturing the wonderful nature.

Father's Day Art and Craft Activity 2024

Cherishing the importance of the most loved person in a child's life, a special event was hosted on 15th June 2024 for primary classes I to V. A special Art and Craft activity was conducted where enthusiastic students crafted personalized Father's Day cards, ties, photo frames, and French Fries Box to describe their dads, thus showcasing their love and gratitude towards their superheroes. Bring your Dad to School saw students of classes 1-2 enter school with their fathers. The selfie corner, decorated with an artistic backdrop, added delight as the students along with their fathers enjoyed getting clicked together, capturing the joy and excitement of the day. Taking the celebration, a step further, even the male staff of RFSLEM rejoiced in the festivities of Father’s Day.

The event was a resounding success and provided a meaningful way for the children to express their appreciation and love towards their fathers.

On June 15th, SCS Department invited Mr Adhish Kadam, an expert in actuarial science, who conducted a session titled Know the Actuarial Science and Insurance Industry for students in grades 7 to 12. Mr Kadam provided an insightful overview of the field, focusing on its vital role in risk assessment and management within the insurance industry. He introduced the basic concepts of actuarial science, emphasizing the importance of mathematics, statistics, and financial theory in predicting future events. The session highlighted the diverse career opportunities for actuaries in insurance companies, consultancies, government agencies, and financial institutions. Engaging students through interactive discussions and real-world examples, Mr Kadam illustrated how actuaries evaluate the financial implications of uncertain future events. He also discussed the educational pathways and qualifications required to become a certified actuary.

With Lok Sabha Elections around the corner, the students of Class X organized an informative campaign on April 30, 2024, for Classes I to XII, emphasizing the importance of elections and voting. The purpose of the event was to educate the young minds about the importance of elections and persuade their parents to value their vote and cast it responsibly. They created functional models of EVM machines, developed a PowerPoint and video presentation, gave speeches and skits, and led a quiz emphasizing the value of voting, all while demonstrating their inventiveness and commitment to the cause. Overall, the event acted as a reminder of the value of every single vote in a democracy and our shared duty for determining the course of our country.

Reading challenge Activity

Reading is an important part of a child’s growth and development. Primary section of RFSLEM organised a Reading Challenge Competition for classes IV – V on 25th April 2024 in the civic centre as a fun way to build strong, confident readers. The content matter to be read by the participants were handpicked from CBSE Reading Mission – Pratham Books’ StoryWeaver.

Eight diligently shortlisted students competed against each other. The competition was divided into 3 rounds and the participants challenged each other in reading. The insight of the judges screened the best 3 readers.

The event helped to build a culture of reading in the school community, to increase book circulation, and to offer insight into the reading habits of students.

As the quote aptly explains, colors play a pivotal role in enhancing the beauty and vibrancy of the natural world. With an aim to promote colour recognition and develop fine motor skills, the CCA activity named Colour Game was organized for the students of pre-primary section. The tiny tots differentiated between colors like pink, yellow, green, and orange, dropped the balls into the correct compartments based on colour recognition, associated the colour of the circle with the colour of the objects, hopped from circle to circle and many more. Ultimately, identification of colours helped the little ones to create a cognitive link between visual clues and words.

Earth Day is celebrated all over the world on 22nd April every year. Picking up the opportunity to make students, stewards of the future world, aware of their responsibility towards the environment, the school organised Earth Day Celebration from 17th to 22nd April 2024. Number of activities were conducted across the sections keeping the students engaged in insightful activities that promoted critical and creative thinking and highlighted the very principle of Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. To name a few activities Were-Keeping Bird Feeders and water, Colouring, making posters on the theme ‘Planet vs Plastic’, writing slogans, creating audio-visual presentations etc. The senior section students conducted an awareness programme for the juniors covering various environmental issues. These activities enhanced the students’ understanding of the importance of environmental wellness.

Fire Drill 2024

Fire is one of the most common hazards that can cause serious damage to life and property. It becomes imperative to integrate fire drills into schools to create a safety culture. A fire drill, under the able guidance of Mr Prashant Garg, HOD - Fire services PMD, Mr Bhavesh Pawar and his team was conducted for the students of Classes VI to IX on 16th April 2024 to celebrate Fire Service Week thereby instilling a sense of responsibility and preparedness among the school community. The drill was initiated with the sharing of history behind the inception of Fire Week followed by the demonstration and operating of fire extinguishers. Few students and teachers were even given the opportunity to operate the fire-extinguishers independently.

The session further proceeded with an engaging PowerPoint presentation that shared comprehensive information on fire safety and Dos and Don'ts of fire accidents followed by a short quiz.

Gudi Padwa Celebration 2024

Gudi Padwa, a spring festival that marks the auspicious beginnings of lunisolar year in Maharashtra, was celebrated with great zeal and fervour by the students of pre-primary section on 8th April 2024. The premises was decorated with garlands and rangolis and a traditional gudi was erected. The little cherubs, decked up in traditional attires, participated enthusiastically as they recited the shlokas and worshipped the gudi with their teachers. Later, students made colourful drawings depicting festivities related to the festival. In a nutshell, the celebration of Gudi Padwa connected the children with the cultural roots of the festival.

A special assembly was organized for the students of Primary Section on the occasion of Gudi Padwa. Importance of celebrating the festival was highlighted through a students’ talk in Marathi and English and a teacher’s talk. A Marathi group song rendered by students added a musical flavour to the celebration.

The Guest Speaker for this session was Rosemary Jerry Thekkekera who spoke on Unlocking the Potential- Strategies for Personal and Professional Growth for the students of classes VII-XII. Having a degree in Hotel Management and PGD in Event Management and Public Relations Event, the speaker engaged the students catering to their needs and aspirations. She highlighted the importance of being self-aware, goal-setting and continuous learning. The students were inspired to explore their strengths. The session fostered a sense of empowerment and motivation among students.

Grandparents Day 2024

Grandparents have ears that truly listen, arms that always hold, love that’s never-ending, and heart that’s made of gold. A grandparent is a little bit parent, a little bit teacher, and a little bit best friend. Celebrating grandparents’ day in school is an excellent opportunity to express gratitude and strengthen family values among the little ones.

On 14th February 2024, pre-primary section welcomed around 200 senior citizens to the well-decorated Civic Centre to bestow upon them the honour they deserve. A variety of items like poem recitation, dance and songs were presented by the students and the grandparents were given a chance to share their experience and words of wisdom. They also enjoyed playing some games organized for them. The programme ended with refreshment and photo shoot to cherish the memories.

75th Republic Day Celebration 2024

A nation of many cultures, languages, and traditions – India's true beauty shines in its rich diversity.

75th Republic Day was celebrated in RFSLEM with great éclat displaying great pride for the nation and its constitution and spirit of unity. The chief Guest Shree S. Rangarajan unfurled the Indian Tricolour and all sang the National Anthem solemnly. Graceful parade, euphonious patriotic group song, fluent and flawless speeches by young orators, energetic drill and colourful dances marked the occasion triggering the patriotic feelings of all who attended it.

Students of Primary Section celebrated the Republic day on 29th January 2024. The students were decked up in traditional attires of different states underscoring the spirit of Ek Bharat Srestha Bharat. Interesting activities including a speech on Republic Day, Maharashtra tableau, group dance, patriotic song, Fancy Dress on the theme 'We are one' and an engaging quiz on language added an educational flair to the programme. It concluded with parade.
