Two students of Class 9, Pradnya Shantaram Pawar and Sanskruti Sanjay Rathod, secured the Second Prize at the prestigious State-Level Jidnyasa Project Competition held on 23rd and 24th December 2024. Their innovative project, titled Aquaponics: A Sustainable Solution, was guided by their Science teacher, Vaishnavi Modak. The project has been selected for the National Level Competition.
Sanskruti Sanjay Rathod of Class IX, displayed commendable proficiency in the Dr Homi Bhabha Balvaidnyanik Competition 2024–2025 conducted by the Greater Bombay Science Teachers' Association.
She was awarded the Merit Certificate at the district level on 14 December 2024, recognising her efforts and excellence in the Science Talent Search.
Academics
The project proposal Use of Controlled Dielectric Heating and Other Physics Methods to Increase the Organic Shelf Life of Natural Herbal Products by Niffin Varghese and Priyanshu Patil of Class 11 Science has been selected by the NCERT Jury Committee under PRAYAAS 2023 (Promotion of Research Attitude among Young and Aspiring Students). Their project, submitted in the Rural Private and Aided Schools category, has been awarded a Research Grant of ₹50,000.
Ms. Vaishnavi Vaman Modak, (TGT Science), was invited to attend the prestigious Education for Aspiring India – National Science Teacher’s Workshop at India International Science Festival (IISF) 2023, held in Faridabad from 17th January to 20th January 2024. Her participation reflects her commitment to advancing science education.
Madhura Vichare class 8th student participated in the prestigious Drishti Art Competition 2023 conducted by Reliance Foundation. This year's theme was My India, My Land of Diversity and Culture. Her artwork was proudly selected from over 10,420 entries across the country, showcasing her artistic talent and creativity.
Vedant Mahadev Palve from Class 6 has successfully passed the Homi Bhabha Bal Vaigyanik Examination 2023 and is eligible for the second round. His achievement highlights his scientific aptitude and dedication.

Eight students from Classes 7 and 8 participated in the Interschool Group Patriotic Song Singing Competition organised by HOCL School, Rasayani. The team delivered an outstanding performance and secured 1st position, showcasing their musical talent and patriotic spirit
The School's Under-19 Girls Hockey Team won the DSO Under-19 Hockey Championship organised by the District Sports Office at Maharashtra Hockey Association Ground, Churchgate, Mumbai. The team displayed exceptional skill and determination, securing a well-deserved victory.
