    Please read the instructions carefully before completing the online 'Application for Admission' form.


    • Please register yourself by clicking on the 'New User Sign up' option by using your Email ID and Mobile number. The registered Email ID will be the Login ID. Please complete the online 'Application for Admission' form using the Login ID
    • For making application for more than one child, same log-in credential can be used.
    • While the 'Application for Admission' form can be completed using a mobile phone, it is advisable to use a desktop computer or a laptop.
    • Please complete the online 'Application for Admission' form using the latest versions of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge.

    User Registration

    Your 'Email ID' is your 'Login ID'

    All communications from the School concerning admissions will be sent ONLY to the registered 'Mobile Number' and (mobile number issued in India)'Email ID' used at the time of submission of the online 'Application for Admission' form.

    All emails from the School will be sent from onlineadmissions.rfskk@rfs.edu.in or admissions.rfskk@rfs.edu.in

    All text messages/SMS from the School will be sent from 'RFSKNM'.

    If you do not find the emails from Reliance Foundation School, Koparkhairane Navi Mumbai (RFSKK) in your inbox, please check your junk/spam e-mail folder. If the emails from the School appear in the junk/spam folder, select the email and click 'Not Junk/Spam', which will allow future emails to reach directly to your inbox.
    Eligibility Criteria for Admission to Class XI for Academic Year 2024-25

    The student must have successfully completed the Class X from a recognized board of education in the Academic Year 2023-24, before joining Reliance Foundation School, Koparkhairane Navi Mumbai.
    Name of the Student
    • Ensure that the student's name entered in the online 'Application for Admission' form matches the name mentioned in his/her class X passing certificate issued by the respective board of education and is also same in the school leaving certificate issued by the present school.
    • If the student does not have a 'Middle Name', the field may be left blank.
    • Please note that the student's particulars such as name, date of birth, father's name and mother's name should be the same as they appear in the passing certificate issued by the respective board of education and is also same in the school leaving certificate issued by the present school.
    Photograph

    The photograph of the student should be a recent colour passport size photograph with white, red, or blue background. The photograph should capture the full face, front view with eyes open. The head should be in the centre of the frame. The file size should not exceed 5 MB. Only PNG, JPG, or JPEG format files can be uploaded.
    Documents to be uploaded
    Class XI

    a. Self-attested copies of school reports of the last three years and the current year (2023-24).

    b. Personal Statement in a maximum of 500 words (to be written by the student and uploaded) giving an overview of interests, achievements and goals in academic and co-curricular areas as well as how studying at Reliance Foundation School, Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai would help achieve those goals and aspirations.

    d. Self-attested copy of certificate/report card/document evidencing successful completion of Class X, if available at the time of making the application. If the results are not yet declared, the certificate should be submitted immediately upon declaration of the results.

    e. Self-attested documents of academic, co-curricular, and sports achievements, if any, may be uploaded on the 'Additional Information' page under the relevant section.
    File Size of Documents

    Make sure that the size of each file to be uploaded does not exceed 5 MB. Documents should be uploaded ONLY in PDF, JPG, or JPEG formats. Every page of the document must be self-attested by any one parent or guardian. In the 'Additional Information' page of the 'Application for Admission' form, DOC files can be uploaded.
    Registration Charges

    A non-refundable 'Registration Charge' of ₹ 2000 is payable online for the submission of the 'Application for Admission' form. Additionally, convenience charges will be charged by the Payment Gateway as applicable for the selected mode of payment. If any error/time-out occurs while making the online payment of 'Registration Charge', parents/guardian should immediately inform the Reliance foundation school, Koparkhairane Navi Mumbai Admissions Office, so that further guidance can be provided.
    Parent's/Guardian's Declaration

    Before the submission of the 'Application for Admission' form, make sure you have read and understood the Parents'/Guardian's 'Declaration' and 'Accept' the same.
    Parent's/Guardian's Signature

    At the time of online submission of the 'Application for Admission' form, ticking the checkbox in the Parents'/Guardian's Declaration section will be sufficient. Parents/Guardian are not required to e-sign the 'Application for Admission' form. Signatures of Parents/Guardian will be taken at a later stage.
    Printing the 'Application for Admission' Form
    • Select 'Printing Options' in the 'Print' dialogue window
    • Set Layout to 'Portrait'
    • Set Paper Size to 'A4
    • Set Margins to 'None'
    • Click 'Print' to / save / print the 'Application for Admission' form

    Note: Reliance Foundation School, Koparkhairane reserves the right to amend any of its policies and regulations from time to time, including procedures and requirements relating to admissions. The submission of a completed 'Application for Admission' form does not guarantee admission. Admission will be subject to availability of seats and subject to Management's discretion. Although all possible care has been taken in the preparation of this doucment, Reliance Foundation School does not accept any responsibility, for any errors or omissions, however caused.

    Admission Test

    All registered applicants seeking admission to Class XI in the Academic Year 2024-25, and who satisfy the eligibility criteria prescribed by the School, will be invited for the Aptitude Test and the Personal Interaction at the school.

    The School will communicate in due course to all the registered applicants the date and time of the Aptitude Test and the Personal Interaction.

    Academic Calendar

    Reliance Foundation School Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai follows an academic calendar of April to March.

    Class XI Monday, 17th June 2024

    If any change in the date of commencement of the academic session is necessitated, the same will be intimated to the parents.

    The School reserves the right to alter any of the dates mentioned in this document, should the need arise.
