Dandiya
A fun filled Garba dance activity was organized on 1
st October for the Pre-primary section on the auspicious occasion of Navratri in the atrium. The tiny tots were dressed in the colourful and vibrant Indian traditional attire. They swayed and danced to the tunes of Gujarati Dandiya songs.
Bal Swachhata Abhiyan Week
As a part of the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, the nation-wide cleanliness drive, the School in commemoration of Children's Day observed the 'Bal Swachhata Abhiyan' week from 14
th to 19
th November 2014. Over these 5 days the children were involved in activities like cleaning of the school premises and surrounding areas, and creating awareness on clean food and drinking water, and personal hygiene and safety.
Ganit Week
The Ganit week celebrated from 22
nd December to 27
th December included activities like Mathematics Quiz, Chart making on famous Mathematicians and Origami competitions.
Road Safety Week
The Road Safety week was celebrated from 11
th to 17
th December 2014 with sessions for Primary and Middle school students involving presentations and videos on road safety, followed by a quiz.
