Middle School Programme (VI-VIII)
The Middle School Programme is designed to nurture creativity and innovation in students by following an interdisciplinary approach. During these years, student enter their pre-adolescence and are more curious about the environment, world and self. The curriculum prescribed by GSEB redirects their enthusiasm and curiosity to explore deeper understanding of academic subjects and their correlation with subjects taught in higher classes.
The School nurtures unique capabilities of students by extending Scholastic and Co-scholastic activities catering to their interest and skillset.

Highlights of Middle School Programme
- Students are encouraged to take up environmental, educational and social projects that challenge them intellectually and develop their social skills. They are motivated to conduct these projects independently under the guidance of respective subject teachers and become self-reliant and independent learners.
- The Programme strengthens decision-making and critical thinking skills.
- Interdisciplinary approach helps students correlate subject knowledge of different disciplines and thereby receive comprehensive, relevant and timely knowledge enriching their learning experience.
- Develops reading habit in students by organising various reading programmes, challenges, book reviews and visits from guest speakers.
- A wide variety of resources are available in the library to support academic learning and to carry out research for projects, discussions, presentations and group activities.
- Apart from developing academic proficiency, the School nurtures good moral behaviour and extends Values Based Education to help students become responsible global citizens.
