Admissions for Academic Year 2026-27

Before completing the online 'Admission Enquiry' form, make sure that you have checked the eligibility criteria for the class to which admission is sought and that the child meets the eligibility criteria.

Balvatika We have to Check Whether Balvatika OR Nursery Child born between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023 (both days inclusive) is eligible for admission to Nursery for the Academic Year 2026-27.
LKG Child born between January 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022 (both days inclusive) is eligible for admission to LKG for the Academic Year 2026-27.
UKG Child born between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021 (both days inclusive) is eligible for admission to UKG for the Academic Year 2026-27.
Class 1 Child born between January 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020 (both days inclusive) is eligible for admission to class I for the Academic Year 2026-27.
Classes II to IX The student must have successfully completed the previous class from a recognised education board in the Academic Year 2025-26 before joining Reliance Foundation School, Nagothane (English Medium).
Class XI The student must have successfully completed Class X from a recognised education board in the Academic Year 2025-26 before joining Reliance Foundation School, Nagothane (English Medium).

Reliance Foundation School, Nagothane (English Medium), follows an academic calendar of April to March.


The Academic Year 2026-27 will commence as mentioned below:

Admissions Information Balvatika, LKG & UKG Admission is based on eligibility criteria and academic performance of the previous year, subject to approval from the SMC Chair. The school will communicate the date and time of the Admission List display in due course.
Admissions Information Classes I to IX Admission is based on eligibility criteria and academic performance of the previous year, subject to approval from the SMC Chair. Registered applicants will be informed about the Admission List display.
Admissions Information Class XI All registered applicants seeking admission for the Academic Year 2026–27 who meet the eligibility criteria based on previous academic performance will be selected, subject to approval from the SMC Chair. Admission List details will be shared in due course.
Academic Calendar Balvatika, LKG & UKG Academic year follows April to March. Classes are held Monday to Saturday from 9:40 am to 12:40 pm. Balvatika follows the same dates and timings.

Academic Calendar Classes I to IX Academic year follows April to March. Classes are held Monday to Saturday from 9:20 am to 3:20 pm.
Academic Year Commencement Classes I to X & XII 1 April 2026
Academic Calendar Class XI Academic year follows April to March. Classes are held Monday to Saturday from 9:20 am to 3:20 pm.

Important Note All Classes The school reserves the right to alter dates if required. Details of parent information sessions will be shared in due course via registered email ID and mobile number.

Please read the instructions carefully before completing online 'Application for Admission' form.
  • Please register yourself by clicking on the 'New User Sign up' option by using your Email ID and Mobile number. The registered Email ID will be the Login ID. Please complete the online 'Application for Admission' form using the Login ID.
  • If the application has to be made for more than one child, please complete the online 'Application for Admission' form using the same Login ID.
  • While the 'Application for Admission' form can be completed using a mobile phone, it is advisable to use a desktop computer or laptop.
  • Please complete the online 'Application for Admission' form using the latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Internet Explorer (IE10 or above).
  • Each applicant for Class XI can apply ONLY for one Group, that is, either Group 1 –Science, Group 2 – Science, Group 3 – Science & Group 4 - Commerce. Please note that no change of Group will be permitted after submission of the online 'Application for Admission' form.
User Registration Your 'Email ID' is your 'Login ID'

All communications from the school concerning admissions will be sent ONLY to the registered 'Mobile Number' (mobile number issued in India) and 'Email ID' used at the time of submission of the online 'Application for Admission' form.

All emails from the school will be sent from admissions.rfsnagothaneem@rfs.edu.in / AdmisOL.NagothaneEM@rfs.edu.in

All text messages/SMS from the School will be sent from Reliance Foundation School, Nagothane (English Medium).

Name of the Student Ensure that the student's name entered on the online 'Application for Admission' form matches:
  • For Balvatika, LKG, UKG & Class I - the name mentioned in his/her birth certificate
  • For Class II to IX - the name mentioned in his\her previous School Leaving Certificate
  • For Class XI - the name mentioned in class X mark sheet/certificate.
If the student does not have a 'Middle Name', the field may be left blank.

Please note that the student's particulars such as name, date of birth, father's name and mother's name should be the same as they appear in the School Leaving Certificate/Birth Certificate.
Photograph The photograph of the student should be a recent colour passport photograph on white, red, or blue background. The photograph should capture the full face, front view with eyes open. The head should be in the center of the frame. The file size should not exceed 5 MB. Only PNG, JPG, or JPEG format files can be uploaded.

  • Self-attested copies of school reports of the last two years, if available
Classes 2 to 10
  • Self-attested copies of school reports of the last three years and the current year (2025-26).
  • Self-attested documents of academic, co-curricular, and sports achievements, if any, may be uploaded on the 'Additional Information' page under the relevant section.
Class 11
  • Self-attested copies of school reports of the last three years and the current year (2025-26).
  • Personal Statement in a maximum of 500 words (to be written by the student and uploaded) giving an overview of interests, achievements and goals in academic and co-curricular areas as well as how studying at Reliance Foundation School, Nagothane (English Medium) would help achieve those goals and aspirations.
  • Self-attested copy of certificate/report card/document evidencing successful completion of Class X, if available at the time of making the application. If the results are not yet declared, the certificate should be submitted immediately upon declaration of the results.
  • Self-attested documents of academic, co-curricular, and sports achievements, if any, may be uploaded on the 'Additional Information' page under the relevant section.
File Size of Documents Make sure that the size of each file to be uploaded does not exceed 5 MB. Documents should be uploaded ONLY in PDF, JPG, or JPEG formats. Every page of the document must be self-attested by any one parent or guardian. In the 'Additional Information' page of the 'Application for Admission' form, DOC files can be uploaded.
Parent's/Guardian's Declaration Before the submission of the 'Application for Admission' form, make sure you have read and understood the Parents'/Guardian's 'Declaration' and 'Accept' the same.
Parent's/Guardian's Signature At the time of online submission of the 'Application for Admission' form, ticking the checkbox in the Parents'/Guardian's Declaration section will be sufficient. Parents/Guardian are not required to e-sign the 'Application for Admission' form. Signatures of Parents/Guardian will be taken at a later stage.
Printing the 'Application for Admission' Form
  • Select 'Printing Options' in the 'Print' dialogue window
  • Set Layout to 'Portrait'
  • Set Paper Size to 'A4
  • Set Margins to 'None'
  • Click 'Print' to / save / print the 'Application for Admission' form

  • Further details will be communicated in due course to all the registered applicants who satisfy the eligibility criteria.
