Partaking in various sporting activities and events gives students an opportunity to strive for physical agility and promotes a spirit of healthy competition and meaningful collaboration amongst them.
As a part of the Physical and Health Education Programme, the School stresses on the importance of having a balanced diet and prepares a diet chart for students under the able guidance of experienced dieticians to instill the right eating habits in them.
